Refund Policy

This policy applies to all orders and memberships purchased from Veila & Co at veilaandco.com.

Product Returns
If you're not happy with your order, you can return any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To start a return, email us at Support@veilaandco.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, with no need to return the item.

VIP Club Membership
The VIP Club is an optional membership you can choose to join at checkout. It starts with a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your membership will automatically continue at $39.95 per month, charged to the payment method used at checkout, until you cancel.

Cancelling your membership
You can cancel anytime, instantly, at cancel.veilaandco.com or by emailing Support@veilaandco.com. There are no cancellation fees. If you cancel during your free trial, you won't be charged. If you cancel after a billing date, you'll keep your benefits until the end of that billing period and won't be charged again.

Membership refunds
If you've been charged for a membership period and haven't used any member benefits during it, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full. If you forgot to cancel or didn't mean to sign up, just get in touch. We'll always try to make it right.

Reminders
We'll email you a confirmation when you join and a reminder before each renewal, so a charge never comes as a surprise.

UK & EU customers
If you're in the UK or EU, you also have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days of joining and receive a full refund of any membership charges. This is in addition to your statutory rights under local consumer law, which this policy does not affect.
