By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

3. Products and pricing
We make every effort to show products, colours and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Prices do not change after your order is placed. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is listed at an incorrect price or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout using the payment methods shown. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping
Orders are shipped as set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. VIP Club membership
Joining: VIP Club is an optional paid membership. You join by choosing a VIP-priced product ("VIP Add to Cart") and ticking the box to accept these terms at checkout. Choosing the regular price does not enrol you.
Free trial: membership starts with a 7-day free trial from the date of your order.
Recurring charge: unless you cancel during the trial, you will be charged $39.95 when the trial ends and then $39.95 every 30 days, to the payment method used at checkout, until you cancel.
Benefits: members get access to our members-only catalogue of new products at heavily reduced member prices, member pricing on our products, and free standard shipping on orders after their first member order. We may change benefits on 30 days' notice by email.
Reminders: we will email you a confirmation when you join and a reminder before your first charge and before each renewal.
Cancelling: you can cancel anytime, instantly, at cancel.veilaandco.com or by emailing support@veilaandco.com. There are no cancellation fees. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after a charge, your benefits continue until the end of that period and you will not be charged again.
Refunds: membership refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. UK and EU customers also have a 14-day right to cancel.
Price changes: we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email of any change to the membership price, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

8. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account.

9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site. This includes fraud, attempting to access it without authorisation, or interfering with how it works.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is
